Over the last few light years, we’ve noticed a fair few announcements about new products and schemes that bare a relatively strong reference to some particular characters from a galaxy far, far away.

We thought it was just the Documentum executives that dreamed of distant galaxies, C3P and D2. It turns out however, that EMC has  also received influence from Star Trek now too!
